TOUS CAP' TROPHY - 2025 disability edition

An inclusive trophy to bring out talent in a different way

The TOUS CAP Trophy, organised by the Better Together association, is aimed at learners with disabilities working in the hospitality industry. Designed as a caring and rewarding event, it aims to celebrate professional skills, self-confidence and pride in belonging to a meaningful sector.

Objectives

​

  • Enhance the technical and human skills of learners with disabilities.

  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment in which to excel and express themselves.

  •  Put the spotlight on the catering and cooking professions through accessible, fun workshops.

  • Encourage inclusion and diversity by bringing together young people, supervisors and professionals in the sector.

Event format

  • When: Thursday 4 December 2025

​​

  • Where: Lycée Jean Drouant, Paris 17th arrondissement

​​

  • Who: Pairs made up of a learner and a mentor or trainer

​​

The afternoon will feature three accessible workshops, followed by a gala lunch and a symbolic prize-giving ceremony.

Un dîner solidaire au cœur du Trophée

 

Le soir du Trophée Tous Cap' By Better, un dîner d’exception sera organisé au Lycée Jean Drouant.Conçu en collaboration avec l’établissement et l’association Speak You, ce repas prolongera la journée dans un esprit de partage et de générosité.

 

Grâce à la participation de chacun, ce moment convivial permettra de financer un chien guide d’aveugle, symbole fort d’inclusion et de solidarité.

 

Pour l’occasion, des cartes souvenir Speak You, créées spécialement pour le Trophée et la soirée, seront proposées à la vente. Un dîner, un geste, un avenir transformé.
