This unique competition puts the spotlight on :

And above all, the strength of the intergenerational bond, a driving force for progress and confidence.
The Better Together competition brings together professionals from the hotel and catering industry with students to compete in their respective fields.
The aim is to raise the profile of the profession and of the students' apprenticeships, to combine French agricultural products with catering, to raise the profile of the competition nationally and, last but not least, to raise public awareness of quality products and labels.
The only kitchen and restaurant mentoring competition
Organised by the Better Together association, the Better Together Trophy is a unique competition in France: the only national competition celebrating mentoring in the kitchen and restaurant professions.
More than just a technical challenge, this trophy celebrates an essential relationship in our professions: that between an experienced professional and a young trainee.
Each team is made up of two pairs of mentor-student cooks and restaurant staff, embodying the values of transmission, commitment and passion.
